The summit, also known as Planet Budapest 2021, is Central Europe’s largest international meeting on sustainability efforts. This event is expected to bring heads of government and state, policy makers, experts and science and business representatives to Hungary.
The chief patron of the event will be Hungarian President, János Áder. The event will be held at the Hungexpo. The exhibition will show what technologies Central European and Hungarian companies offer to attain sustainable development. The summit will also offer events for young people and the public on sustainable lifestyles.
Hungary is currently working towards the EU’s 2050 climate neutrality plan.
