CMO: Hungary’s coronavirus infection rates are close to the EU average

According to the World Health Organization, Hungary’s coronavirus infection rates are close to the European Union average.

 

Chief Medical Officer Cecília Müller has said that according to the World Health Organization, Hungary’s coronavirus infection rates are close to the European Union average.

The CMO said that among European Union member states, Hungary is tenth regarding the number of infections in one million people, and 14th regarding the number of deaths. She added that the number of infections is growing worldwide, including Hungary.
