The foreign minister said the Slovenian health authority had issued a recommendation saying that “reopening the border was possible, in view of Hungary’s successful protection efforts.”

Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, held talks with his Slovenian counterpart on reopening the border between the two countries.

In a Facebook post after telephone talks with Anze Logar, Minister Szijjártó said the Slovenian health authority had issued a recommendation saying that “reopening the border was possible, in view of Hungary’s successful protection efforts.”
