Even more Hungarian citizens have been exposed to the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), bringing the confirmed number of people infected in Hungary to 300. The number of those recovered has increased to 34.
Hungary is now in the stage of group illnesses when the infection spreads through the community via personal contact. The virus can now be present anywhere in Hungary.
In order to slow down mass infection, it is very important that the elderly, students, those returning from abroad, and those who can do so, stay at home and that everyone abides by the rules and recommendations put in place by the government.
The number of coronavirus cases in Hungary now stands at 300, including 10 Iranian, 2 British, 1 Kazakh, 1 Vietnamese and 286 Hungarian.
