At the same time, all information points will remain available by telephone, and other forms of passenger information, including signs, on site will also be available.

At ticket sales points and on services, student cards validated for the first half of the 2019/2020 school year will be accepted beyond March 31, and student card replacement certificates will be regarded as valid also in the absence of an original signature and stamp impression.

They are making special efforts to keep stations and vehicles clean, the floors and straps on buses are being cleaned with antiviral disinfectants, while work place toilets and bathrooms are being supplied with hand sanitizers on an ongoing basis.

In addition to the frequent cleaning of buses, bus drivers can minimize the threat of infection by frequently washing their hands with antiviral sanitizer. Volánbusz is asking everyone to pay particular attention to personal hygiene, to attempt to stop the further spread of the virus by washing their hands frequently and using tissues, and to only use the services of Volánbusz if they are not likely to be infected with the coronavirus.
