Four people have been killed and 31 injured when a bus crashed and overturned on the M3 motorway near the northeastern city of Miskolc.
According to reports, icy conditions were the cause of the accident. Among the injured, 11 are in a serious condition.
The accident happened just before midnight on Saturday. The bus was returning from the Christmas fair in Vienna with 81 people onboard.
The accident was unfortunately made worse when other vehicles crashed into the overturned bus, which caused further casualties.
The M3 motorway was closed down for several hours following the crash and it was one of several car accidents triggered by the icy conditions over the weekend.
