Hungarian invention could revolutionize car washing

144 liters of water are wasted with every car wash, a problem Greenline-founder Árpád Maróti is determined to tackle.

Young Hungarian engineer Árpád Maróti has come up with a radically new idea to make car washing more environmentally-friendly.

Using nanotechnology, Maróti has devised a special chemical that can easily remove the dirt stuck onto the hood of a car with the least possible amount of moisture.

This technology only uses 1.5 deciliters of water, requiring just one tissue paper to remove.

Currently, the company has partnerships with companies based in Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
