Hungary's women’s national water polo team made it into the quarter-finals of the World League Super Final on Thursday, while the men’s club team Ferencváros reached the semi-final of the Champions League.
In Budapest, the women’s team beat Canada 16:14, finishing third in the group and will face the Netherlands in the quarter-final.
Meanwhile, Ferencváros – in a narrow 11:10 win defeated Jug Dubrovnik of Croatia Hanover, Germany and will face Spain’s Barceloneta in the semi-finals.
