Fresh data from the Central Statistical Office (KSH) shows that wages in Hungary are continually on the rise.
Hungary’s average gross wage for full-time workers grew by an annual 11.5 percent to HUF 358,876 in August. Net wages grew at the same pace, reaching HUF 238,653.
When calculating the twelve-month inflation of 3.1 percent in August, real wages were up 8.1 percent.
