Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has met with leaders of the Visegrad Group (V4) in Budapest on Wednesday.

The V4, comprising the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, met with Israel under Hungary's presidency to discuss energy, innovation, and research and development.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán welcomed leaders to Pesti Vigadó in Budapest. Other topics on the agenda included discussions on the migrant crisis, the EU's pay decisions and social rights pillar.

Prime Minister Netanyahu will visit Dohány utcai synagogue this evening to pay his respects to victims of the Holocaust.
