New figures show that lake Balaton real estate prices are booming.
According to 24.hu, prices are fetching as high as 3,200 Euros per meter squared.
Although prices are getting higher and higher, interest in new apartments around the lake does not seem to be dropping, said Gábor Krausz from Balla Real Estate.
The price of new apartments have increased by 20 percent since last year, mainly due to growing demand and the decrease in supply.
