According to the National Police Headquarters, citizens of any country may enter the territory of Hungary from Austria via the border crossing points at Hegyeshalom, Sopron and Rábafüzes. In addition to these border crossing points, Hungarian and Austrian nationals may also use the border crossing points at Kópháza, Kőszeg, Bucsu and Szentpéterfa.

In international traffic, citizens of any country may enter the territory of Hungary from Slovenia via the border crossing points at Tornyszentmiklós and Rédics. In addition to these border crossing points, Hungarian and Slovenian nationals may also use the border crossing point at Pince.
