PM Orbán holds talks with Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem

Hungary will continue to provide humanitarian aid and assistance to support religious activities that contribute to the survival of Christian communities in the Middle East.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has met Pierbattista Pizzaballa, the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem for talks on aid to Christians in the Middle East. During the meeting held in Budapest, PM Orbán and the patriarch agreed that hostilities that result in the disappearance of Christian Communities in the Holy Land must be avoided. PM Orbán said at the talks that Hungary will continue to provide humanitarian aid and assistance to support religious activities that contribute to the survival of Christian communities in the Middle East.
