Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has sent a congratulation letter to the first “green” president in Austrian history, Alexander Van der Bellen.
“I am very much looking forward to working together in the years ahead, to contribute to the development of the central European region and resolve the challenges facing the European Union,” Bertalan Havasi, head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister, said.
PM Orbán assured the president-elect that he is ready to further develop ties and deepen the partnership with Austrian leaders, Havasi added.
