PM Orbán meets UNITA leader

PM Orbán and the Angolan opposition leader reviewed economic relations between Hungary and Angola and discussed further opportunities for education and cultural cooperation.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán met with Adalberto Costa Junior, the leader of the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) and deputy leader of the Centrist Democrat International (CDI), on Thursday. PM Orbán and the Angolan opposition leader reviewed economic relations between Hungary and Angola and discussed further opportunities for education and cultural cooperation. The sides also discussed current challenges in global politics and exchanged views about the war in Ukraine and the migration situation.
