PM Orbán speaks on behalf of 2.3 million Hungarians who rejected the “Soros Plan” when he heads to Brussels today [VIDEO]

PM Orbán stressed that Hungary is the only country in Europe in which the government has dared to ask the people their opinions on migration and immigration in the successful survey

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán says he speaks on behalf of the 2.3 million Hungarians who rejected the “Soros Plan” when he heads to Brussels for the European Union summit today.

In a video posted on his official Facebook page, recorded at Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport prior to the Hungarian delegation’s departure for Brussels, the prime minister spoke about the importance of the national consultation survey.

“Our situation has improved significantly because I can now take with me in my backpack the opinion of those two million three hundred thousand Hungarian people who have made it clear that they do not want a Soros Plan and do not support the fact that Brussels should implement a plan of this nature”.

PM Orbán stressed that Hungary is the only country in Europe in which the government has dared to ask the people their opinions on migration and immigration in the successful survey.

“These 2.3 million people give added weight to the Hungarian standpoint and improve the country’s chances in the debate," he said. The prime minister also indicated that migration will be on the agenda at the EU summit.
