PM Orbán urges people to vote for anti-migration politicans in EP elections

“We need to elect leaders who will not allow settlings in Europe and will prevent Europe from becoming a continent of migrants. Pro-migration politicians must be voted out and anti-migration politicians must be brought to Brussels," the prime minister said

May 1st marked not only Labor Day but the 15th anniversary of Hungary’s European Union membership.

Upon his arrival in Warsaw for the summit of the countries that joined the European Union in 2004 and afterwards, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán posted a video on his Facebook page which urged voters to send anti-migration politicians to the European Parliament in the upcoming elections.

“The Central European countries, thanks to the very hard work of their citizens have benefited from the possibilities offered by EU membership,” PM Orbán said. ”We want to do the same in the future, but in order for that we need to defend Europe and our national and Christian culture within it.”

“We need to elect leaders who will not allow settlings in Europe and will prevent Europe from becoming a continent of migrants. Pro-migration politicians must be voted out and anti-migration politicians must be brought to Brussels. This is the task of the coming weeks. Go Hungary, Go Hungarians!”
