Police have discovered 45 illegal migrants crammed into a truck driven by a Turkish national near Tata, in western Hungary.
Local police report that 42 men and three women were travelling in the truck, which had Romanian plates.
The 29-year-old driver is facing legal proceedings on charges of people smuggling, while the migrants will be questioned and escorted back to the border.
