Property prices have increased significantly along the M4 metro line, it has been revealed.
According to tozsdeforum.hu, since the M4 line was completed three years ago, areas including János Pál Pápa Square, Kálvin Square in Pest and Móricz Zsigmond Square in Buda have seen a huge increase in property value.
The study also showed that values increased for properties within close proximity to one of the metro stations . The biggest increases were seen in Pest, especially Kálvin Square where prices doubled. In Buda some areas increased by nearly 40 percent.
