The Sziget Festival came to a close on Tuesday night with dramatic performances from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

Sziget is Hungary's largest tourist attraction. More than 1,000 acts took part in the festival this year, which has grown from a relatively small concert into one of the world's largest festivals in just 25 years.

Argentinian-Spanish and French street theater troupes also featured and the Cirque du Sziget tent was expanded to cater for over 1,000 people.

Festival CEO Tamás Kádár said the 25th Sziget promoted freedom, diversity, tolerance and inclusion. This year saw even more colorful visuals than in the past and an increased focus on environmental protection.
