Earlier, Dr. Simicskó already stated that in the interest of maintaining and further strengthening the security of Hungary “we need quick decisions and effective implementation”.
For these reasons, it is timely to discuss whether the legal framework – which is currently in force and governs the tasks of the Hungarian Defence Forces – provides adequate means to effectively respond to the changing security challenges.
