Tímea Babos has won the WTA World Championships doubles tennis title in Singapore.

The Hungarian tennis star played alongside French player Kristina Mladenovic against the Czech pairing of Barbora Krejcíková and Katerina Siniaková to take the title in two sets, 6:4, 7:5.

According to reports, Babos and her partner took the title in just 86 minutes in front of a packed crowd.

Babos’ tennis career is going from strength-to-strength. Earlier this year, she became the first Hungarian female tennis player to reach the world number one spot.

The star keeps writing tennis history. She became the first Hungarian world champion in tennis, won the Australian Open, and secured other major titles on the circuit over the past year.
