Winter is set to make a comeback this weekend, according to meteorologists.
Időkép’s forecast reveals that today will be cold and rainy with temperatures reaching between 5 and 9 degrees Celsius.
A Mediterranean cyclone will hit Hungary on Saturday, bringing more rain, cold and strong winds with it. In some parts of Hungary, even snow is expected. Temperatures will be between -1 and 7 degrees Celsius.
Sunday will be the gloomiest day, as winter will make a full return. Strong winds will appear, and most of the country should prepare for frost. Snow and rain showers are also expected. Temperatures could hit as low as -10 degrees Celsius on Sunday night.
The maximum temperature expected in March will be 15 degrees Celsius. Easter in Hungary is set to be fairly cold this year.
