Government allocates 8 billion forints for SME development programs

The scheme aims to support developments at Hungarian suppliers as well as preparations for ESG improvements and energy efficiency upgrades.

The Hungarian government has cleared 8 billion forints (EUR 21m) in European Union support for SME development programs managed by the Industrial Development Coordination Agency (IFKA). The Economic Development Ministry, which oversees the agency, said the scheme aims to support developments at Hungarian suppliers as well as preparations for ESG improvements and energy efficiency upgrades.
