Defense Minister Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky has confirmed that the Hungarian military has received its second PzH2000 self-propelled howitzer. Szalay-Bobrovniczky said the government’s military reform now underway was being implemented dynamically “despite war-time inflation and economic difficulties” thanks to a recently established national defense fund. The new equipment will be put on public display in Budapest’s City Park on the August 20 national holiday.
