PM Orbán condemns massacre committed in Bucha

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán condemns the massacre committed in Bucha, Ukraine.

Press Chief Bertalan Havasi cited the prime minister’s position on Saturday. He said Hungary will in every possible form support the international investigation aimed at identifying the perpetrators of that bloodshed. PM Orbán made it clear at his international press conference on Wednesday that “this is a war that Russia started attacking Ukraine, which is aggression”, adding that it is the European Union’s position “which Hungary shares”. The prime minister urged an independent and impartial probe into the atrocities, saying that civilians must be protected and violence against them must be “most firmly condemned”, the press chief said.
