Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has sent a letter of congratulation to Giorgia Meloni, the newly elected prime minister of Italy. PM Orbán said in his letter that in the current period full of challenges, cooperation with his Italian counterpart will contribute to making European politics return to the path of common sense and real European values. The prime minister expressed hope that he will get an opportunity to personally consult with Meloni about joint tasks in the near future.
