Hungarian tennis star Tímea Babos and France’s Kristina Mladenovic have won the Australian Open in Melbourne in two straight sets (6:2, 6:1).
The pair took the title in spectacular fashion, in a thrilling match that lasted 1 hour and 12 minutes, in front of a packed Australian crowd.
This year’s Australian Open crown is the pair’s third Grand Slam title together. They had previously won Roland Garros (French Open) last year and the Australian Open in 2018.
