"Hungary does not wish to be part of the ICC's politically motivated actions in future," the foreign minister said.
Gergely Gulyás said Hungary would initiate the termination procedure "within the constitutional and international legal framework" later in the day.
"We solely consider the quality and state of Israel-Hungary ties ... Israel's prime minister will be surrounded by suitable security to conduct substantive talks in Hungary," the prime minister said.
