The total number of vaccinated people is 6,405,123, of which 6,190,793 have already received their second dose and 3,856,637 and 279,067 have received their third dose and fourth dose, respectively.
A total of 4,978 new infections have been confirmed in the last four days, bringing the total number of infected persons identified since the beginning of the epidemic to 1,884,458. The 106 deaths in the last four days were mostly elderly, chronic patients, bringing the total number of deaths to 45,971. The number of recovered people continues to increase and now stands at 1,760,777, while the number of active infected people is 77,710. 1,560 patients with coronavirus are hospitalized, of whom 49 are on ventilators.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 11,275,271 coronavirus tests have been performed in Hungary.
