Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will lead a 60th anniversary of Hungary's 1956 Revolution service at Kossuth square in front of the Parliament building on October 23rd.
The prime minister's speech will be part of a full program of events this memorial weekend.
The prime minister will be joined by Polish President Andrzej Duda and other dignitires, who will deliver speeches and remembrance of those who lost their lives in the battle for Hungary's independence.
The Hungarian national flag will be raised with military honors in the presence of President János Áder, Prime Minsiter Viktor Orbán and Speaker of the National Assembly László Kövér.
