Three new cases of COVID-19, two Hungarians and one Iranian national, were found in Hungary this morning.
Sources say the Hungarian woman and an Iranian man (a friend of the first Iranian patient) had already been in quarantine at Budapest's St. László Hospital for several days. The third positive test came from a Hungarian man who has just returned from Israel.
Hungary's Chief Medical Officier Cecília Müller said there are currently 16 cases of coronavirus in Hungary: nine Iranians, one British man and six Hungarians.
In accordance with protocol issued by Müller, a disease control investigation and contact search will start with immediate effect. This is how the contact search is conducted: https://koronavirus.gov.hu/cikkek/nnk-igy-zajlik-kontakvizsgalat.
