The National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) has suspended customer services in eight locations in Pest County.
Customer services will be suspended indefinitely at the Dabas, Nagykáta, Ráckeve and Szigetszentmikós offices of the Pest County Tax and Customs Directorate of the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) as well as in the NAV windows operating at the Gyál, Pilisvörövár, Szentendre and Szob government windows.
The vast majority of tax-related administration can be arranged electronically. With regard to this, NAV is asking customers to choose electronic or telephone administration, thereby avoiding personal appearance and queuing. NAV’s general information system, the NAV Infoline can be reached at the telephone number 1819.
During the state of emergency, NAV is changing its customer service practice in harmony with the Operational Group’s recommendations, and is receiving customers in a staggered system. This means that in the customer service space there can only be as many customers present at any one time as open customer service windows, they write in their communication.
