Goal of Hungary’s EU presidency is to support equal opportunity

The Government Information Center said Hungary will place special emphasis on ensuring accessibility for people living with disabilities when it takes the revolving presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of the year. A common goal of Hungary’s EU presidency is to support equal opportunity, especially for people living with disabilities. All events organized by the Hungarian presidency will be accessible to people living with physical and sensory disabilities, ensuring the broadest range of participation and equal access.
