House Speaker László Kövér has sent a letter of commiseration to his Turkish counterpart Mustafa Sentop concerning the recent floods in Turkey.
According to MTI, Kövér said he had been deeply shocked to receive reports of the floods. He offered the Hungarian parliament’s sympathy to families of the victims and wished those injured a speedy recovery. Dozens of people have died in the floods affecting Turkey’s Kastamonu, Sinop and Bartin provinces.
