Hungary and Mexico to cooperate in education and space research

Hungary will grant forty scholarships a year to young Mexicans who wish to study at Hungarian institutions.

Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and his Mexican counterpart Marcelo Ebrard have signed an agreement on cooperation in education and space research. Holding talks on the sidelines of the 77th UN General Assembly session, the two ministers agreed that Hungary would grant forty scholarships a year to young Mexicans who wish to study at Hungarian institutions. They also agreed that the two countries would cooperate on space research by exchanging information and participating in joint technology projects.
