Hungary condemns latest North Korean missile tests

The Hungarian government calls on the North Korean leadership to suspend its military ballistic missile program immediately

The Hungarian government has released a statement strongly condemning the latest missile tests conducted by the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), June 22, 2016.

During the tests, ordered by Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un, two Musudan-type intermediate-range ballistic missiles were fired.

The move poses a serious threat to regional stability as well as to global peace and security; moreover it constitutes a grave violation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.

The Hungarian government calls on the North Korean leadership to suspend its military ballistic missile program immediately and to return to the Six-Party Talks without delay.
