Hungary wins more medals at European Championships

Hungary finished tenth in the overall medal table this year with 15 medals - seven gold, four silver and four bronze

Hungarian swimmer Kristóf Rasovszky bagged a second open water gold medal at the 2018 European Championships in Glasgow, after winning the men’s 25km on Sunday.

Having already won the 5km gold and the 10km silver at the championships, Rasovszky, 21, recorded a time of four hours, 57 minutes and 53.5 seconds during the race at Loch Lomond.

Meanwhile, Dávid Vecsernyés took the bronze medal in the men's high bar final in the gymnastics event after closing off his routine with a spectacular forward roll over the bar dismount.
