Hungarian authorities have so far tested 4,927 people for coronavirus at entry points into the country, 408 of which received preliminary medical checks.

The operative board told MTI on Monday that no one has yet tested positive. The body confirmed that 131 samples have been tested in laboratories, with all testing negative.

Colonel Tibor Lakatos, the leader of the call center for coronavirus queries, said the board will launch a website on Wednesday providing current information and advice on the outbreak.

There are currently 89,197 Covid-19 infections in the world, 2,217 of them registered in Europe. The number of fatalities so far is 3,048, 36 of whom died in Europe.
