The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) held their INNOVEIT 2019 innovation forum in Akvarium, Budapest today.
INNOVEIT 2019 hosted innovators and entrepreneurs from diverse sectors across Europe, including health, digital, climate, energy and food.
The conference included representatives from the EIT and its Innovation Communities as well as their entrepreneurs, innovators, students and alumni. Representatives from business, higher education and research, along with EU, national and regional policy makers, as well as other key innovation actors were also present.
Innovation is at the forefront of Europe’s competitive strategy and the next EU budget is allocating substantial new funds for Europe’s innovators.
