Hollywood movie star Margot Robbie has said Hungarians are “cool”.

The Australian actress worked in Budapest two years ago while shooting Terminal and fell in love with the country and its people.

She said that while in Hungary she loved the fact that she didn’t have to run from the paparazzi all the time. She said it was a refreshing feeling to know that a photographer would not be around the corner and it didn’t even cross her mind.

The actress said she went to many places in Budapest and found Hungarian fans very polite and respectful. “Everybody was so chill, I did not even make a stir. I was very grateful for that,” she said.

“People did recognize me but they didn’t make a big deal of it. They didn’t start to act weird or start to harass me. They came over to talk a bit, then I told them it was my day off and I was with my friends and everybody totally respected that. They just wished me to have a great time and said goodbye, that’s all. Hungarians are so cool,” she added.

Robbie also said she loves the atmosphere of the city and all the parks, plus the food.
