PM Orbán attends Visegrad Group and Western Balkans summit in Prague

Talks will focus on the composition of the new European Commission, the EU’s next financial framework, as well as infrastructure, human resources, education, financial stability and climate change.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will attend a Visegrad Group and countries of the Western Balkans summit in Prague today.

According to MTI, the prime ministers of the Visegrad countries are scheduled to meet at the invitation of Czech PM Andrej Babis, then have a working lunch with leaders of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.

The Czech government confirmed that the summit is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two regions. The talks will focus on the composition of the new European Commission, the EU’s next financial framework, as well as infrastructure, human resources, education, financial stability and climate change.
