PM Orbán discussed the dramatic situation in Praid (Parajd), in central Romania, in a phone call with the leader of the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (RMDSZ) on Wednesday.

In a post on Facebook, PM Orbán said he had assured Hunor Kelemen that the Hungarian government will provide all the financial and practical assistance necessary to assess and repair the damage.

Barna-Botond Bíró, the head of the Harghita County local council, told MTI that he is putting together a crisis team to save the local tourism sector.
