PM Orbán meets European business leaders

The prime minister hailed the input of European industry to the well-being of the continent’s people.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has met with leaders of the European Round Table for Industry in his office as part of preparations for Hungary’s upcoming EU presidency. Attending the talks centered on boosting the European Union’s global competitiveness — among the key goals of the Hungarian presidency — were the heads of Vodafone, BMW, Deutsche Telekom and MOL. PM Orbán hailed the input of European industry to the well-being of the continent’s people, while the company heads expressed satisfaction with Hungary’s business environment.
