PM Orbán: Polish people are also rejecting Ukraine's NATO and EU membership

The prime minister was commenting on the results of a Polish survey showing that the support for Ukraine's membership in the EU and NATO had fallen to 35 and 37 percent, respectively.

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said Polish people are also rejecting Ukraine's NATO and European Union membership. "Great turnaround!" he said on Facebook on Thursday.

"Europe is waking up!" PM Orbán said.

PM Orbán was commenting on the results of a Polish survey showing that the support for Ukraine's membership in the EU and NATO had fallen to 35 and 37 percent, respectively. Three years ago, 85 and 75 percent of respondents, respectively, backed the accession.
