Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has sent a letter of condolence to Kyriakos Mitsotakis, his Greek counterpart, over a recent railway disaster claiming at least 47 lives. PM Orbán assured the victims and their families of his sympathies and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the “tragedy that has deeply shaken the whole [Greek] nation”. The incident occurred on Wednesday when a freight train and a passenger train crashed between Athens and Thessaloniki.
