Áron Szilágyi has successfully defended his Olympic title by bringing home gold in the fencing at the Rio Olympic Games.
Szilágyi battled through to deny Daryl Homer what would have been America’s first men’s fencing gold in over 100 years. Szilágyi's gold was the fifth for Hungary in Rio. Szilágyi, who is renowned in the sport of fencing and considered a master of his craft, won the final by 15-8.
Hungary's water polo team are currently battling it out in the pool, and other sportsmen and women are going into battle over the next few days for more Olympic glory.
