Kincsem Park was named after a thoroughbred race horse who had the most wins of any unbeaten horse in the history of the sport, having won 54 races from 54 starts. The home of Hungarian horse racing since 1925, the track hosts horse and greyhound races all year round in the heart of Budapest.
The racecourse has enjoyed renewed popularity among racing fans due to the success of Hungarian racehorse Overdose. Visitors can enjoy races both from the grandstand and the Panorma Restaurant, place bets or even become a racehorse owner.
If you would like to experience this special atmosphere, races take place in the Park on December 31st.
