Sophia, the first robot ever to be granted citizenship, in this case in Saudi Arabia, is coming to Hungary in 2018 as a guest of Brain Bar Budapest.
The eagerly-anticipated festival returns June 1 to 2, 2018, at Corvinus Campus Budapest, and is set to be the best yet.
The Budapest-based event has been hailed as Europe’s finest and largest festival on the future, and will be positioned at its new Corvinus Campus venue during the two-day event.
Now in its fourth year, Brain Bar Budapest has already become Europe’s premier festival on the future. In 2016, a sold-out crowd of some 5,000 took part, while another 12,000 followed the online livestream from over 40 countries. In 2017, more than 7,000 visitors descended upon the city for the event.
Other guests at the 2018 event include Nathan Crowley from Interstellar, Margrethe Vestager, the European Commissioner of competition policy, and a whole host of leading industry figureheads.
