PM Orbán: the Hungarian people have put the country on a rising, developing path

The prime minister visited snowy Bicske this weekend to meet with locals and surprise a few residents with an impromptu door knock

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has been on the campaign trail again, meeting with Hungarians to help them understand his party and why a vote for Fidesz is the right choice.

The prime miniser visited snowy Bicske this weekend to meet with locals and surprise a few residents with an impromptu door knock.

"We always loved and respected Bicske, and the people who lived there. This was the town for us. It was sad to see when they opened a refugee camp in town," the prime minister said.

"I told the people of Bicske, that if Fidesz and KDNP, the parties fighting against migration will not form a government, then the refugee camp - the one we shut down - would be reopened here," he added.

The prime minister also appeared on local radio where he defended the government's stance on illegal migration and stressed how everyone's lives would change if they didn't retain power.

"The future that the Hungarian people worked for in the past eight years, finally putting Hungary on a rising, developing path will cease to exist, because they will make us pay for all the consequences, and costs of migration in the end," he added.
